What sort of candidate is a good fit?

To work with a recruiter, candidates must have at least 3 years work experience. We unfortunately are not able to represent fresh graduates.

We work primarily with:

•    Respiratory Therapists
•    Occupational Therapists
•    Nurses (ICU, ER, & Director level positions)
•    Nurse Practitioners
•    Pharmacists
•    Physical Therapists
•    Health Information Management (HIM)

Additionally, we require all candidates to be:

•    Realistic. If the market is paying $45/hour, you can’t expect $60.
•    Honest. If there is anything we should know about your background prior to submitting you to clients – you had better share. Knowing issues up front is much easier than trying to fix them later.
•    Available. If we’re representing you to clients – be reasonably available via phone and provide information we need (updated resume, etc) timely.

What does this service cost candidates?

This agent type service is FREE to our candidates and ensures you have access to the best positions available. The ideal situation is when we are able to get two or three companies and/or hospitals wanting to explore you as a fit to their organization. Since we negotiate on your behalf as well, we can make sure that you get the challenge, hours, pay or whatever it is you are looking for.
